Kuldichi Pitee

Introduction
“Kuldichipitee” is a unique and traditional tribal sweet dish which is made of “kulid”, coconut juice, and jaggery. This “kulidichipitee” is rich in fiber and other nutrients.

  • 250 g kulid
  • 1 medium size coconut juice
  • 250 g grated jaggery
  • 1 liter water
  • salt

Procedure

    First take the “kulid” and roast it on fire in a mud vessel till it becomes reddish in color

    After roasting, remove it and grind it on a mortar or“dantey” and separate the “Kulid”into two parts

    Remove the pills of the “kulid” with the help of “soop”

  • Mark As Complete

    Take the vessel and put the 1 liter of water and keepon mud chullha for boiling

  • Mark As Complete

    When the water hasboiled, add coconut juice and cook for 5 minutes

  • Mark As Complete

    Stir it continuouslyand add “kulid” and grated jaggery

  • Mark As Complete

    Add salt as per the taste and cook for around 15-20 minutes. The“kulidichipitee”is now ready to serve during evening time
