Demonstration of Rural Recipe at the Workplace

An event titled “Demonstration of Tannan Baazlle Bangdde (Smoked Mackerel)” was organized on campus to showcase a traditional rural Goan recipe. The live demonstration offered participants an opportunity to understand indigenous cooking techniques and food practices rooted in tribal and rural communities.
