- Udke tandul(paraboil rice)-2atiye (2kg)
- God (Jaggery)- 3 handful
- Nall (Coconut) - 2
- Kaju biyo (Cashew nuts)- 20
- Barik kelli pan (Small pieces of banana leaves)-4
- Mit (Salt) to taste

Roast cashew nuts

Soak Ukde tandulfor at least 12 hours and wash thoroughly before grinding it with traditional ragdo

Add grated coconut, small pieces of cashew nuts, and jaggery and mix properly

Take some of the rice flour mixture or“Pitacho Gulo” and apply it toa banana leaf with clean hands
