Additional Information
There are two type of Satv:
- BoiledSatv—– It is prepared for children over 3 years of age. It is believed to be very beneficial when consumed by children between 11 am and 4 pm.
- Without boilingSatv—-(a cooling drink made with finger millets)- It is popularly enjoyed as a cool drink. While the ingredients of the two Satv types are the same, the process is different.

- Gonyache pit (flour) -1 handful (200 gram)
- God (Jaggery)- ½ handful (100 gram)
- Mit (Salt) to taste
